Refund & Return Policy — Bell&Bo

We at Bell&Bo are always committed to delivering the highest quality products. However, we understand that sometimes there are circumstances that make it necessary for a customer to return or exchange an item.

Here are the terms of our Refund & Return Policy :

  1. Returns can only be made a maximum of 2×24 hours after the goods are received, based on the date of receipt from the expedition service.
  2. Returnable products are:
    • Goods with manufacturing defects (not as a result of use).
    • Items sent in the wrong size/color/model by Bell&Bo.
  1. Goods must be in good condition:
    • It has never been worn, washed, or altered.
    • The original labels, tags, and packaging are still complete.
    • Equipped with proof of purchase (invoice or order number) and unboxing video.
  2. Returns are not valid for:
    • Goods for sale, clearance, or custom orders.
    • Items damaged by misuse, storage, or delivery of third parties are beyond our responsibility.
  1. Refunds will be processed after we receive our products and go through a quality inspection (QC) process.
  2. If approved, the funds will be refunded a maximum of 3–7 business days via the same payment method at the time of purchase.
  3. The refund amount received will be deducted from the initial shipping fee (if any), unless the error is on the part of Bell&Bo.
  4. For partial refunds, the refund value is adjusted to the item being returned.
  1. Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp/email including:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of product condition
    • Reason for return
  2. The Bell&Bo team will verify and confirm the return.
  3. Send the product to the address we provide in the condition that meets the above conditions.
  4. After we receive and QC is completed, the refund or delivery of the replacement product will be processed immediately.
  1. Bell&Bo is not responsible for the loss of items in the return shipping process before they are received at our warehouse.
  2. The cost of returning shipping is borne by the customer, unless a mistake occurs on the part of Bell&Bo.
  3. All official communications regarding refunds and returns are only through Bell&Bo Customer Service.
