Refund & Return Policy — Bell&Bo
We at Bell&Bo are always committed to delivering the highest quality products. However, we understand that sometimes there are circumstances that make it necessary for a customer to return or exchange an item.
Here are the terms of our Refund & Return Policy :
Return Provisions
- Returns can only be made a maximum of 2×24 hours after the goods are received, based on the date of receipt from the expedition service.
- Returnable products are:

- Goods with manufacturing defects (not as a result of use).
- Items sent in the wrong size/color/model by Bell&Bo.
- Goods must be in good condition:
- It has never been worn, washed, or altered.
- The original labels, tags, and packaging are still complete.
- Equipped with proof of purchase (invoice or order number) and unboxing video.
- Returns are not valid for:
- Goods for sale, clearance, or custom orders.
- Items damaged by misuse, storage, or delivery of third parties are beyond our responsibility.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after we receive our products and go through a quality inspection (QC) process.
- If approved, the funds will be refunded a maximum of 3–7 business days via the same payment method at the time of purchase.
- The refund amount received will be deducted from the initial shipping fee (if any), unless the error is on the part of Bell&Bo.
- For partial refunds, the refund value is adjusted to the item being returned.
Return Procedure
- Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp/email including:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of product condition
- Reason for return
- The Bell&Bo team will verify and confirm the return.
- Send the product to the address we provide in the condition that meets the above conditions.
- After we receive and QC is completed, the refund or delivery of the replacement product will be processed immediately.
Important Notes
- Bell&Bo is not responsible for the loss of items in the return shipping process before they are received at our warehouse.
- The cost of returning shipping is borne by the customer, unless a mistake occurs on the part of Bell&Bo.
- All official communications regarding refunds and returns are only through Bell&Bo Customer Service.
